At Tenging, we have a strong connection between technology and design. As part of the ongoing growth, we are looking for a creative and adventurous Visual Designer. We believe in working with a high degree of autonomy while supporting the organization's priorities.
What you will bring:
- Ability to create practical solutions to complex business and design problems while conveying them through low and high-fidelity mockups, click-through prototypes, presentations and design specifications.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the evident, with excellent attention to detail.
- An ability to follow established design guidelines.
- Be comfortable conducting your research when necessary, using analytics, research findings, and user inputs to iterate and optimize your design.
- You see complex problems as an excellent opportunity to think outside the box, and you constantly come up with creative solutions.
- A trained eye for layout designs, composing and creating all kinds of editorial and marketing materials (social media formats).
- A dynamic and creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing various audiences.
- An ability to communicate clearly with peers across multiple teams and eagerness to try new applications and working methods.
- Fluency in English.
BONUS POINTS:
- A strong UX mindset. Understanding of the end-user and the product.
- Experience in responsive web design, user-centred design thinking, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience designing for complex SASS/enterprise applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and experience with other Adobe design tools.
- Our products are web-based, so an understanding of HTML, CSS and JS capabilities and familiarity with common UI frameworks is a plus.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Printing design experience.
